1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order number sent to the email address associated with your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders and current status by logging into your account.
  • Order Modification: If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as your order is being placed. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $75.
Orders are shipped with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.  Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders.

We offer expedited shipping. Expedite shipping cost vary based on the shipping location and calculated at checkout.

Preorder items are not eligible for expedited Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Responsibility:
    Trends Wear is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to address the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Package not Received: 
    If you do not receive your package, please contact us for assistance.
