Refund policy

Trends Wear wants you to love your purchase, but if you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept the return.

Return Window:

Trends Wear will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame. Product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, unworn and unwashed.

  • Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.
  • Return shipping fee is $6.90 and will be deducted from the refund total.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Conditions for Refunds

  • Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund.
  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in the condition in which you received with no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Tags and Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Free of Damage: Items must be free from any damage, stains, odors, or pet hair.
  • Refund Method: We will issue the refunds within 2-3 business days after the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
